Created for animated yorkshire for the 2011 Children's Media Conference in Sheffield. The animation was used as a part of a series of idents shown in between the conference presentations.
The conference included talks by the BBC, ITV and Disney among others.
IdN is a fantastic international design magazine which has been a source of inspiration for me over the years.
It was a great honour when they asked me to create a 1 minute film for the DVD of their 100th issue to help them celebrate.
The is a showreel I put togethor for an animation conference to show some of theanimation I have done outside my day job at Brass Agency.
I plan to replace it with a full showreel very soon.
b-side is a music video production company I run with co-director Andy Little.
Generally we both come up with concepts, direct and film while Andy takes more of a producer role and I do the editing and post-production.

I'm a Leeds based designer, I specialise in film, motion graphics and digital design but I'm interested in all creative areas.
The work contained within this portfolio is mainly a mix of personal, self initiated projects and commercial projects I have been involved with through Brass the digital agency I work at.
The client list I have worked on has some impressive names such as Umbro, Schwarzkopf, Quorn, Ribena, Learn Direct.... and well the list could go on really.
I'm a monthly judge for the highly respected national digital IAB Creative Showcase awards which I have now turned into team critique sessions. I have also been featured in national and international magazines and websites such as IdN, Creative Review, Tokion, Web Designer Magazine, Revolution and The Drum.
